Key Responsibilities:
Develop a sales pipeline and engagement plan.
Initiate, maintain and cultivate strategic relationships.
Support the proposal effort in conjunction with management and teams.
Shortlist projects for advanced development.
Assess the success of strategic account plans on a quarterly basis.
Manage marketing budget allocation.
Renewables Energy sales champion for the region, coordinate all activities.
Perform other assigned tasks or duties as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven ability with a strong focus on performance results.
Able to work effectively in a single contributor role and project team setting given the high pressure and complex business environment.
Comfortable with web-based computer applications, including MS Office.
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Manage marketing budget allocation.
Qualifications/Education:
Bachelor’s degree in automation engineering, sales and marketing or similar field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development and operations.
Evidence of ‘Right to Work in Singapore’.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Establish, implement and review standard operating procedures.
Define the various activities carried out by technical staff.
Establish and maintain a customer service index system.
Work in close collaboration with shipyards in addressing warranty claims, assessing reported fault or defect and administering warranty for clients.
Monitor the running costs of the Department.
To provide a safe and stable workplace for all service staff.
Required Skills & Experience:
MUST have extensive understanding of the various systems on vessels, including mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics etc.
Ability to understand service manuals and wiring diagrams, to work with technical and service documentation.
Able to work effectively in a project team setting given the high pressure and complex business environment.
Possess leadership qualities, able to communicate effectively when giving instructions, along with strong math and problem-solving skills.
MUST be able to travel overseas for business trips.
Qualifications/Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marine engineering and naval architecture, respectively, or a related degree
At least 6 years of experience in project management and/or solutions designing of marine engines, power equipment and propulsion structures.
Evidence of ‘Right to Work in Singapore’.
