SALES MANAGER (After Sales)
Full time, Permanent (Singapore)

Job Description

  • Manage and grows profitable sales of Korindo Energy
  • Builds, develops and manages relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Responsible for leading and developing a highly motivated sales team
  • Performance will be reviewed and awarded with bonus on quarterly basis

Qualifications

  • Must be very proficient in Microsoft especially in Excel, Words and PowerPoint
  • Possess good communication skills to liaise with the suppliers and customers
  • Posses leadership skills
  • A driven individual who can work independently and is a strong team player
  • Well organized and meticulous

COUNTRY MANAGER (Powerplant)
Full time, Permanent (Indonesia)

Job Description

  • Develop new potential projects with IPPs and PLN
  • Follow up on existing customers and assist them in conceptualizing new projects
  • Must be driven to achieve quarterly sales target and company objectives
  • To have good insight in market activities and competitors
  • Attractive compensation package for well driven sales personnel, with commission package for achieving and exceeding expectations

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or euivalent
  • Preferably male with 3 years engineering sales experience in the related field
  • Must have worked with another engine maker or a related product and had a previous job role as a Sales Engineer
  • Applicants must possess excellent communication, presenration, negotiation and interpersonal skills and build strong rapport with customers
  • Strong command of English and Indonesia Bahasa both oral and written
